Incite Wellness, LLC (dba Incite Health Coaching) ["we," "us," "our"] respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This page explains how the personal information we collect through this website (https://incitehealthcoaching.com/) will be treated, including information shared when you opt-in to receive communication from us like emails and/or SMS text messages.
Who are we?
We are Incite Wellness, LLC, doing business as Incite Health Coaching. We are registered and licensed in Washington state. We provide telephonic and online health and wellness coaching services to individuals and groups.
What information do we store?
We store user input data sent through the contact forms on this website. We may also store meta information about the submissions, including the time stamp, the origin IP address, and the user agent (browser). Also, third party services may collect information about website visitors. We currently use Google Analytics on this website.

Where does the information go?
We use the Contact Form 7 plugin to accept contact form submissions. The information is sent as an email message that is accessible only by our employees or contractors who must use the information to complete their job tasks. The information may also be stored in the database on our hosting server for backup and later reference purposes. We may use the Flamingo plugin to safely manage this data. Bluehost hosts this website.
If you have opted in to receive SMS text messages from us, your name, phone number and basic contact information may be stored along with your messaging history with us. We use a HIPAA compliant phone system (RingRx) for telephone calls and SMS text messaging.
How long do we keep the information?
We don’t set a particular time limit on storing information because we may need to reference it again in the future. If you want your information to be removed from our database, please contact us at privacy@incitehealthcoaching.com and will determine if we have any information stored about you, and if so, will remove it.
Do we share the information with other parties?
We do not share your personal information, phone number, or SMS consent opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We do use some WordPress plugins on this website that may pass data, including personal information, to external servers to process, such as Akismet Anti-Spam or Jetpack by WordPress.com. We only use WordPress plugins and themes that are hosted by WordPress.org. WordPress.org’s guidelines prohibit tracking users without their explicit informed consent.
We may disclose your information to our affiliated companies; to third party service providers, business advisors, or consultants who provide services to us; in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, restructuring, financing transaction, or sale of assets; as required by law or administrative order; to assert claims or rights or to defend against claims.
How do we protect information?
We take steps to protect your information against unauthorized use or disclosure including but not limited to: sharing information only with employees, contractors or service providers who must use it in order to complete their assigned business tasks, and keeping information secured behind accounts protected by passwords, two-factor authentication and/or biometric authentication.

We may periodically update this privacy policy. If we make material changes that have a substantive and adverse impact on your privacy, we will provide notice on this website before the change becomes effective.
